Sudhanshu is responsible for the Indian operations of Careesma in New Delhi (18 FTE). He has 10 years of experience in the online recruiting industry in sales and marketing roles. He also worked with large media groups like NDTV, Times of India and India Today.
Sudhanshu holds a Bachelor of Computer Science from Kurukshetra University and a PGDBA from Symbiosis Institute.

Ferran is a passionate Entrepreneur with deep knowledge of the Internet. He co-founded Neurona (which was sold to Xing) and later Careesma. Ferran has 13 years of hands-on experience in managing online job boards and currently is CEO of Careesma India.
Ferran holds an MBA from ESADE in Barcelona and studied at UC Berkeley

Fabrice heads Careesma´s Product Development area. He has more than 15 years of experience in the Silicon Valley, where he founded his own company (sold to Earthlink& Yahoo! Japan), and was Director of International Product Strategy at Yahoo!.
Fabrice holds degrees in audiovisual and business studies from l’ENNA Nantes He, and was awarded a US patent in 2007.

Javier heads Careesma´s Technical Development area. Before joining Careesma in 2007 he was working in several physics research projects collaborating with CERN within his PhD. Promoted to CTO in 2012 after very successful track as Development Manager in Careesma.
Javier holds is a degree in Physics & PhD in Astrophysics by the UAB University, Barcelona.
