He has combined his business background with his passion for helping students to create a venture that aims to have a global impact. In 2012 he was awarded the CIBC Leaders in Entrepreneurship Award.

As one of Canada’s best young female entrepreneurs, Aliya D’Silva is a strong business leader who will lead our operations team to what we know will be a fast-growing company. Aliya was instrumental in founding a student mentorship network that expanded across North America. Aliya is results focused and has held numerous leadership positions at Wilfrid Laurier University and is currently a candidate for the Bachelor of Business Administration.

Stephen holds the role of Senior Vice-President & Director of Sales at Career City Inc. He worked with the Brock University Career Services department overseeing the mentorship program to help students in their transition into Brock. Stephen showcased his leadership skills by managing a database of over 1600 students. Stephen has a strong accounting background enrolled in the Bachelor of Accounting program at Brock University.

Stanley has 10+ years of experience in designing, developing and implementing information systems business solutions. Stanley has managed major international projects with the UN including leading the IT-Task force to UNCC/Geneva. He also holds a Commerce degree from India’s Sri Ram College of Commerce and a Computer Science degree from the National Institute for Information Technology where he studied Systems Analysis & Computer Programming.
