In the past year, Nevil has applied an innovative yet practical approach that combines expertise in selecting exceptional people and managing them to provide their best, while carefully controlling costs, and emphasizing the importance of customer service.

Roger Girard is a founder, CFO and Board Member at CareCap LLC. Roger also serves as CEO/Chairman and lead investor in instaCOVER LLC, Founding Partner/Board Member Xecutive Advisory Partners, CEO of Equipment Protection Association LLC and US Board member Clearwater College. Drawing on experience having built 13 successful companies over the past 40 years, Roger brings his skill in financing, developing and managing companies to CareCap.

Dwight is the CTO, co-founder and Board member of CareCap. During his 35 years of software development experience Dwight has designed, managed and launched multiple large scale corporate systems in the human resource, payroll and finance industries. For the past ten years he has focused on designing large-scale software platforms and launching business-to-business and business-to-consumer web sites.

Trevor Rubel is COO at CareCap. He brings deep industry credentials to this role with both technology start-up and global payments & lending platform experience. Most recently, Trevor was EVP of Strategy, Product and Corporate & Business Development at Bank of America Merchant Services, the nation’s largest electronic payments provider. An expert technologist with an uncanny business and marketing sensibility he is adept at product management.

Debbie brings over 25 years’ marketing experience gained in both start-up and established companies to CareCap. She was Principal in Charge of Marketing at NBBJ, VP of Marketing at WRQ, CMO at Intelligent Results (acquired by First Data as their Analytics Center of Excellence), CMO at Visible Technologies, and acting CMO on behalf of venture capital and investment banking firms for their portfolio companies
