Company Summary

Seniors desire to age in their own homes when possible. Their adult children need help caring for them. We address a continuum of needs that often become recognized by providing 1) In-Home Companion Services 2) Referral Services for Assisted Living Facilities 3) Geriatric Care Mgmt. (higher level care offered by the nurse owners) 4) Downsizing & Organization Services (if decision is made to move from home to the Assisted Living facility).

    Founder/CEO

    LyBrand is an RN with a BS degree from the University of Texas. She is also a licensed Nursing Home Administrator. She has worked in the Long Term Care industry for the past 30 years. LyBrand's career includes very successful Medical Sales positions with 2 Fortune 500 companies which has lead her to many significant contacts in the Dallas medical community. She currently manages Care Assist Solutions with her daughter, who is also a nurse.

  • Meredith LyBrand Drake
    Co-Founder/President

    Drake is a Licensed Vocational Nurse in the state of Texas and also a Certified Senior Advisor. She has worked as Lead Nurse for a prominent medical practice in Dallas and as a Pediatric Home Health Nurse. Prior to her career in nursing, she worked as a Realtor and Sales Manager for a national homebuilder.
    She currently serves as a Geriatric Care Manager along with co-managing Care Assist Solutions along with her Mom, who is also a nurse.
