Cardio Kool Kids
Cardio Kool Kids is a program geared to teach children how to maintain physical and mental health and to have fun at the same time.
The program can be implementedas an after school program in the school, at a local church or in a community center. The fitness outline combines hip hop dancing, kickboxing, strength and nurition training and journaling. The premise behind the CKK model is that through a fun and entertaining process, kids can start to enjoy learning about fitness and nutrition.
