Dr. Weiss, co-founder and Managing Partner of Exeteur Group, has co-founded numerous biomedical companies, including Cardialen, Vasculox (now Tioma), Galera Therapeutics, and Euclises Pharmaceuticals. He was a Partner with Triathlon Medical Ventures, a biomedical venture capital firm, and a Vice President of Sourcing and Due Diligence at BioGenerator, a seed fund. Previously, he served in various management roles at Monsanto/Searle.

Mr. Hardin, a Senior Partner at Exeteur Group, has nearly 40 years of commercial leadership experience in a variety of market domains in the medtech sector. Most recently, he led the commercial turnaround of Nexstim Oy. He served as Global VP of Sales and Marketing for Mainframe and Global VP of Sales and Marketing: Neuromuscular of ev3. Mainframe and ev3 were acquired by Covidien. He held leadership positions at Medtronic and Baxter Healthcare.

Dr. Basude has more than 25 years of experience in the development of complex to simple articulating catheters, interventional and minimally invasive devices. He has experience with electrodes, sensors, transducers, chemical, mechanical and electromechanical devices. He has worked with Johnson & Johnson, AngioScore, DEFINE, Abbott Vascular, and SynerZ Medical. His Ph.D. is in Biomedical Engineering from Drexel University.

Robert Cockrell is CFO of Exeteur Group, LLC. He is the founder of Lighthouse Business Advisors, in which he provides strategic guidance and counseling to business owners regarding management, ownership or partnership issues, including mergers and acquisitions. He is Chief Portfolio Officer of Regional Growth Capital. He has served on the Board of Missouri Venture Forum, a non-profit organization which supports entrepreneurial organizations.
