Company Summary

Complex arrhythmias carry high risk of death, heart failure and stroke. Procedural success rates are low for mapping and ablation of complex arrhythmias. CardiaForm's devices will enable instantaneous high density, high definition electrical maps to support mapping unstable arrhythmias (ventricular tachycardia), reduce procedure time from 3-4 hours to less than 1 hour, and provide improved procedural success using only a single catheter.
