Jon Schick is a serial award winning entrepreneur who has built several businesses including a gift card services website, morphCARD, that competed in the secondary market. He also was a business developer for Instagage, a software communications company. Jon co-founded two other startups, Polarshot, an alcoholic popsicle, and a penny auction website called SwipeItUp.

Lalit has more than 17 years in IT, Software delivery management, enterprise architecture and security. He specializes in high transaction architecture, SOA and enterprise security. He holds 2 patents from the creation of Visa’s flagship product that connects all banks to Visa. He led architecture of the Gift Card Activation and settlement system for Blackhawk Networks and most recently led Enterprise SOA strategy at Sabre.
