Carbon sequestration by applying pyrolyzed biomass (biochar) as a soil amendment for tilled farmland has been proven effective. The only problem is that reliable and clean application is prohibitively expensive, even if the soil improvement benefits are calculated in. We are creating a machine to make it fast, clean and cheap, and we will sell this service to farmers and the resulting atmospheric carbon reductions as carbon credits to exchanges.
