His work has included Directorships for DMJM Far East and Hawaii (now AECOM), market development for private businesses, and public sector program development . He oversees operations, external communications, strategy planning and business development for CGT. He holds a degree in Architecture from Cornell University.

A Certified Public Accountant with over 25 years professional experience as independent practitioner and executive-level decision-maker with public and private sector institutions. His experience includes service as CFO for Sentenia Systems and Spectrum Medical Laboratory. He holds degrees from Franklin Pierce University in Rindge, New Hampshire and Bentley College in Waltham, Massachusetts.

Mr. Gurley maintains oversight and direct application responsibilities for plant operations and collaborates on all system technical improvements and innovations. His experience includes positions in real estate and infrastructure development, forest industry operations, natural resources management, industrial equipment manufacture, and industrial plant operations.
