A restaurant based on sustainability, featuring custom soups prepared with solar ovens and pressure cookers from local ingredients.
This restaurant will sell mostly soup, offering patrons the option to build their own soups from our list of ingredients. This will be possible through using two cooking technologies; pressure cookers and induction burners. With these, soups can be cooked from scratch in 25 minutes or less, ideal for delivery. As well, solar ovens will be used for meats, breads, and casseroles, requiring no energy besides the sun.
