Cappy's 5 Cafe will be owned by John Cappelletti. Mr. Cappelleti has an Associates degree in Culinary arts as well as a Bachelors degree in Finance. He has over 25 years experience in the restaurant industry including owning a bakery, Head/Sioux Chef, Restaurant Management and Financial advisement. Mr Cappelletti has spent most of his life helping his family with opening and managing as well as financial aspects of the family business.

Mrs. Cappelletti has a bachelor's degree in Psychology and a minor in Business Management. She has over 20 experience in customer service management and marketing. She has spent most of her career networking and coming up with marketing strategies to lift sales. She has been in management for ever 5 years performing duties such as interviewing, staffing, payroll, inventory, training, and recruiting.
