Juan Manuel Ramirez-Mondragon has deep knowledge of the financial markets learned from equity trading. He has successfully started several businesses, including a video marketing company in which he oversaw every aspect of production from client relations to budgeting to final product; and a business development company that served entrepreneurs with concept development and ongoing consultation throughout the process.

Brian Dowdall has nearly twenty years of experience in the New York finance community. He began his career and earned his CPA at Ernst and Young, before transitioning into investment banking at Salomon Brothers and Wit Capital. Building on his entrepreneurial experience at Wit Capital, Brian went on to leadership positions at two VC/PE backed growth companies (VP of Corporate Development at FerrousExchange and President of PixFusion).
