J.L. Webber is Vice President for Canvasback Enterprises LLC. He is a former law enforcement officer with 27 years of experience. He was promoted to Sergeant and then Lieutenant of Operations. As a supervisor for 22 years, he was in charge of a multi-jurisdictional Drug Task Force, Patrol, SWAT Team Commander, Training Unit, Critical Incident Commander and Personnel Unit. J.L

She also furthered her education by completing International Criminal Justice Studies at the University of Oslo, Oslo, Norway As an undergraduate; she earned a degree in Criminal Justice from the University Of North Dakota.
