Filene Lehman has an extensive background in the construction of Structurally Insulated Panels (SIPs) Through her research and experiences she formed PonicPods. The family has owned businesses for over 40 years. Ms Lehman also has experience in the "Green Building Industry." Filene has formed a collaboration of like minded people with outreach into the top leaders and manufacturers of the most advanced green energy efficient building systems.

Estelle is a co-founder of PonicPods and CannaPods. Estelle's experiences gained from being a General Manager of franchised hotels, and managing her parents businesses for 18 years, has developed her knowledge of business operations. Ms. Stambaugh has expertise in budgeting, financials, ordering, logistics, scheduling, shipping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, franchise inspections and requirements, and customer service.

Mr. Rosato has been an entrepreneur for 45 years. Starting in 1967 when he opened his first successful business. Since then he has managed numerous very successful businesses and most recently co-founded PonicPods using his experiences with SIP's panels in commercial construction. Mr. Rosato realized the benefit of an insulating one step building process, and this belief led him to launch CannaPods.
