Bill attended The University of Virginia (UVA) and graduated in 2003 with a BA in Economics. Bill lettered 4 years in lacrosse at UVA. Bill spent four years as a commercial insurance broker for Arthur J. Gallagher Co. and M&T Insurance Agency; and one year in equity sales for Friedman, Billings, and Ramsey Inc. Bill played in the Major League Lacrosse (MLL) for five years and remains active in the lacrosse community through coaching youth.

Neilye attended The Pennsylvania State University and graduated in 2004 with a degree in Information Sciences and Technology. Neilye lettered four years in field hockey at Penn State. Neilye worked as an IT Consultant for IBM from 2004 to 2010, focusing on software development and project management. Neilye coaches youth field hockey and is an active tri-athlete. Neilye completed the Coeur d'Alene, Idaho Ironman in 2010.
