Currently we are a wholesaler. We have our cocktails manufactured by a distillery then we sell them to retail. As we build the market I want to become our own manufacturer to lower our unit cost. I also have plans of using cider as a base spirit to avoid the heavy taxes that distilled spirits have to pay. Like malt beverage does with Mikes Hard Lemonade for example. All Can Can products will be gluten free.
