Frances is a leading innovator in the education market. She has formulated and brought to market successfully, Apple iTunesU, ebook platforms for Cengage Learning and Disney. Over the last several years she successfully launched 2 mobile product platforms in the social, local and mobile space. The first Inkstone was profitable from inception and Campus Quad successfully launched this Fall and is in early stage funding.

Rayhill brings to Quad demonstrated experience in creating scalable platforms for both the consumer and enterprise markets. She has served in several executive roles as either CTO/CIO at O'Reilly Media, Safari Books Online, CompPartners, Travelers Insurance and Citicorp. She has a penchant for bringing innovative products to market successfully and on time. She holds an MBA degree from the University of South Florida.

Peter is a dynamic leader with strong experience
in the education and mobile markets including 8 years at
Apple education leading key marketing programs in the
higher education market. Peter also founded Interactive Mobile Solutions an event app. Most recently he lead mobile business development efforts at Kno to drive campus adoption.
