  • Dr Julian Carter
    Co-Founder and Technical Director

    Cambridge University physics graduate with a PhD in Microelectronics. Julian has over 25 years experience taking technology from idea to the marketplace, including technology creation and transfer.

  • Co-Founder and Medical Director

    Physics graduate with PhD in Microelectronics, retrained as a clinician in 2005. John is a respiratory research fellow at the Royal Papworth Hospital and NHS Clinical Entrepreneur Fellow.

  • Quality Manager

    Over 15 years leadership in the military. John is a detail-orientated, experienced trainer and technical project manager. He secured CRiL’s ISO13485 accreditation in under nine months.

  • Dr Matthew Haines
    Data Analyst

    Physics graduate with a PhD in fluid dynamics. Matthew is experienced in numerical modelling and computational analytics. He is an authority in the parameterisation and modelling of the Tidal Breathing CO2 waveform.

  • Quality Engineer

    Biomedical technology graduate, with a Masters in biosensors and a PhD in electrochemical sensors. Russ has nearly twenty years’ experience in development and quality engineering of medical sensors.
