Calypso was born in Venezuela 20 years ago, making coconut ice cream on shells in the touristic Margarita Island. After 10 years, and because country economy shrinkage, the plant was moved to Miami, creating a new company with a main goal: to sell the product to Caribbean islands and cover US Market.
Now a days, our target is to enter to U.S. with a very innovative softserve concept as a phase 1.
