Selma speaks Spanish, English and German and studied software engineering. During her 18 years with IBM, Selma worked as system engineer, consultancy, and later on sales to large clients in the industrial sector in Southern Germany. Selma is also involved in sales and innovation training for large companies.

    Director Research & Development

    German, has more than 25 years of experience in development, marketing, sales and strategic consultancy at international level. Osvaldo speaks Spanish, English, French and German. He worked 17 years for IBM in Europe and USA in the financial sector. He moved to Spain to work for a technology spin-off of Accenture called Alnova Technologies managing the international sales and alliances departments. Osvaldo created the Business innovation Academy.
