Mr Thahir is the CMD of Worldsim India. He has over a decade of experience in the business of mobile distribution and retailing. He started off in 1998 with distribution of Samsung mobile phones followed by other international brands such like Motorola, Ericsson, Panasonic and Siemens etc. He was later chosen as the 1st Channel partner of BSNL Cellone SIM cards in Tamilnadu in 2004.

He has 20+ years of experience in operations & finance related to Imports & Exports. He has served many companies globally and has got business relationships in major countries in Europe, Australia & Asia. He was the chairman of Icare, a Swiss company involved in mobile phone trading. He has Certification in Business Management from Chaffer Organisation, Australia. He is also a member of CEBIT Hannover and GSM Exchange.
