Matthew Traficonte specializes in solar thermal systems for residential , commercial and multi-family residential applications and provides turnkey design and installation project management. He graduated with a business degree from the University of Massachusetts in 2005 and came out to California with aspirations to change the world by becoming a part of the renewable energy. He founded California Solar Thermal, Inc. in January of 2010.

Neal Rosow specializes in sales and marketing for solar hot water systems for residential, multi-family residential and commercial applications. He graduated with a B.A. in Psychology at the University of Connecticut in 2007. In 2010,with the onset of the CSI-Solar Thermal Rebate Program, he left his career in fitness sales and partnered with Matthew Traficonte and California Solar Thermal and became a driving force in the solar thermal industry.
