Manage and oversee over 1,500,000 square feet of Retail space. Interact, communicate, and answer incoming questions from tenants. Maintain tenant accounts. Also, maintains properties in manager’s portfolio, including repairs, capital improvements, contracted services, etc. Review and approve all incoming invoices for each property to ensure payments have been made. Visit and inspect each property in portfolio, including quarterly inspections.
