Simon is a technical consultant and investor who specialises in advising web startups and helping them to build and launch their products. His previous clients have included the Ministry of Defence, RWE Npower, Thomson Reuters and St. James's Place on projects ranging from Y2K contingency planning to server administration and software roll-outs.

Tia has spent 25 years working in personnel and recruitment followed by 10 years at the rock face of emergent social media, most recently for an enterprise social collaboration platform named TallyFox. Combining expertise in interpersonal soft skills with her knowledge of social collaboration software, she specialises in helping organisations discover effective ways of working through better relationships with colleagues, clients and customers.
