Company Summary
C-Engineering is a technology development and licensing company located in Longmont, Colorado. Our operating area is in the development and exploitation of intellectual property relating to electrically addressed solid state organic laser systems scaled to the nanometer region for optical chip set production. Our customer is the Microchip industry for 100 fold faster data rates and very low power consumption as applied to electronic devices.
Currently, signed an acceptable term sheet from an investment group in Connecticut for $2 Million to develop a 100 terabyte optical disc and device off a 3.5 inch platform. Included in this venture is the laser system discussed above. Seeking and additional $250,000 to build the lensing system at Sandia National Labs to relieve a little pressure and mitigate risk to a certain extent. Very confident to earn a State grant in the amount of $250,000 that will round up the $450,000 needed to build the lensing system.
