C5-6 Technologies LLC was founded to develop products for the detection, diagnosis, and treatment of microbial infections. C5-6 does this by exploiting one of the major differences between microbes and people – the sugars found on the microbes’ surface. C5-6 utilizes its carbohydrate chemistry and microbiology experience to identify microbial targets and screen for molecules able to recognize, and potentially degrade, these targets.
