ByteLight provides a platform for delivering indoor-location powered experiences to users via their existing smartphones/tablet devices. The core technology is based on LED lights, which are programmed to emit unique pulses that are picked up by the existing cameras on mobile devices. ByteLight is initially targeting the retail market, in which accurate indoor location is used for both employee operations and consumer marketing.
