Piers has proved he is a highly flexible, technically competent individual, including being a strong public speaker and networker. Prior to Nifty, Piers worked front office debt capital markets at JP Morgan before gaining a training contract with Magic Circle law firm Linklaters. He has also completed the CFA Level 1 and is a self-taught product design engineer.

An ACCA chartered accountant with 20 years of experience with SME finance and management, Bea is responsible for all aspects of the Nifty’s finances. Previous experience includes attracting two rounds of 3i PLC funding while Finance Director of an SME, restructuring an SME for growth and overseeing two SMART projects.

Steve works closely with Nifty’s suppliers, warehouse partners and customer support team to ensure the smooth running Nifty’s operation and logistics processes. He has been key to the successful delivery of tens of thousands of products to Nifty’s customers and is the mind behind Nifty’s international manufacturing and logistics operations, keeping a tight control on stock, quality and delivery schedules. He is fluent in Mandarin Chinese.
