Company Summary

Our company develops & publishes home loan pre-underwriting training materials. We then offer monthly courses in the classroom or online. Our target customers are individuals who have been recently turned down for a home loan as well as HUD Certified housing counseling agencies. We give future homeowners an underwriter's view of their financial situation before they approach the lender. This allows them to qualify before they apply for a loan

Shortly thereafter she obtained a TN real estate license. Eventually she joined the Neighborhood Assistance Corporation of America as a Mortgage Consultant in 2008. Her performance resulted in a promotion to Office Manager and the branch's production tripled
