Jim is also a licensed real estate agent and homebuilder. He graduated first in his class from the University of Michigan Business School and conducted doctoral study in consumer behavior at Duke University.

Stephen A. GinalChief Technologist
Prior to joining DealCurious, Steve was director of engineering at RedBrick Health. There he led a team that developed applications supporting the web delivery of Redbrick’s health and wellness services. Before Redbrick, Steve was a software engineer at BlueCross BlueShield of Minnesota, Zamba Solutions, and Accenture. He received his BS in mechanical engineering from Marquette University and earned his MBA from the University of Minnesota.

Melinda M. Gigante-CarlsonDir of Product and Business Development
Melinda brings more than ten years experience helping other companies explore new business opportunities. Her boutique consulting business focused on strategic marketing and the development of proprietary market intelligence. She has also served as consultant with PWC’s Financial Advisory Practice and as market intelligence manager for Mortenson Construction. Melinda earned her MS from Purdue University and her BS from the University of Houston.
