Tim Dougherty is the owner of Buttercream and Batter cupcakes. Previously he and his wife owned a bakery located in Grapevine, Texas, where they were extremely successful. Tim has experience in managing individuals and processes within a bakery, including food orders, inventory control, marketing and advertising.

Ledine Dougherty is currently the manager and head decorator for Buttercream and Batter. Ledine has over 15 years experience baking and decorating cakes and cupcakes. Her decorating skills have been recognized across the metroplex. She is known not only for her decorating skills but for her culinary skills and ability to create a delicious, creative and amazing cakes.
