Our focus will be to brew a quality, premium beer that Regina and Saskatchewan can be proud to call their own. The company will use new and creative marketing strategies to gain quick and immense market recognition in Regina alone at first, then replicate throughout the rest of the province and further. We plan to build a system for success and then to replicate this system in each new market we enter, focusing on slower but steady, strong growth

    At age 24, Byron is a young, ambitious entrepreneur born and raised in Saskatchewan. After attending business school in SK at the UofR and UofS, has successfully helped launch two start-ups in Regina, SK.

    Born and raised in Saskatchewan as well. Has over 10 years experience owning and operating other successful companies across Alberta and Saskatchewan. Most recently has won a 2011 Paragon Award for the Marketing and Promotions done for his Regina based, Gold's Gyms.

  • Jay Cooke
    Director / Brewmaster

    Internationally recognized/award winning, Saskatchewan born brewmaster. Has over 10 years of diversified experience in the brewing industry, including brewing upwards of 3.7 million HL a year for Labatt's in Ontario. Attended brewing school in Chicago and Germany. Most recently has won awards for contract brewing for start-ups microbrews in Ontario.
