Indoor active entertainment for children 12 years and younger is under-represented in the NYC area and we will have very little direct competition. We have identified a high-exposure site close to the Ikea store in Redhook, Brooklyn and are in negotiations with the property owner. We are also working with a well established UK-based company with 20 years experience constructing similar businesses worldwide.
