BumPay will provide a means for electronically donating to homeless people via a simple app. The app will transfer donations to a prepaid debit card held by the homeless person.

The app is being written by an independent developer. The server side will be hosted remotely.

Profit from BumPay will come from a small transaction fee retained from each donation. At scale, this will be a lot of money.
