Company Summary

The craft beer world is huge and for a long time has not been tapped into in E. Oregon. We get visitors and locals alike who are very impressed with our food, beer, and atmosphere. We offer a family friendly environment that also attracts customers who enjoy the "pub" side of the building. UPDATE: There is a brief opportunity to DOUBLE our sales and expand our beer to a larger area. This opportunity won't last long and need to act soon!

    Born and raised in Salem, Oregon. After turning 21, I spent time in Portland, OR frequenting brew pubs. I relocated to E. Oregon 17 years ago. I went into banking, which I had done for the majority of my career. I had a dream of opening a brew pub. Until I put the wheels in action, got the start-up funding I needed, it would still be a dream. With my work ethic, dedication, and commitment, I am ready to take this business to the next level!

    Born and raised in Baker City, Oregon. Well known in the community as coming from a hard working, honest family. He started working at 13 for ranchers and moved on to the Forest Service. He is now a licensed contractor, which helped with the remodeling of the brewpub, and cut labor costs. His full-time job is a pipeline welder for a natural gas company. He has many years experience dealing with and managing personnel and business operations.

  • Walter Anthony Bourque
    Brewer

    Born and raised in Plano, Texas. He graduated from Texas A&M with a Bachelor's Degree in Microbiology. He designed his own strain of yeast while in college. He has been in the hospitality industry for 8 years, and brewing beer for 13 years. He continues to learn and build his knowledge through the local home brewers club that consists of 2 national beer judges. His continuing education does not stop there as he is consistently doing research.

    Sous Chef

    Born and raised in Sacramento, California. Mike has spent his entire career in the kitchen. His hard work paid off as he has worked his way up to Sous Chef with Bull Ridge. He is known for cooking the best burgers and steaks around. That is quite the accomplishment considering we live in beef country. Mike is a dedicated employee who often stops in to check on business to see if any help is needed. He is willing to help with any task.
