Paul launched the IMAX Private Theater Division while serving as General Manager. Director of Marketing and Control Systems Manager for Best Buy's ultra-premium brand AudioVisions, growing YOY by 29% while spending less than 2% of gross. Control Systems Manager developed and implemented software to controlling over 3,000 large homes. Partner at Merlin Software, a pioneering software platform that revolutionized the electronics industry.

37 years and $55M in construction experience in the building. He has been designer and consultant on more than 80 projects, from prestigious aquatic projects at the University of New Orleans to the Rose Bowl Aquatic Center in Pasadena, CA. For each of these projects he was involved in all aspects, including programming, designing, budgeting and construction compliance.

Previously he held the role of CFO for an international wholesale paper distribution company with sales up to $1 billion. His tenure spanned ten years during which time he teamed with the CEO to complete a MBO of the company using a leveraged ESOP structure and subsequently (a few years later) selling the company to a PEG. Prior to this he co-founded a software development firm in the specialty healthcare market.
