Our President (and a Founder) Greg Stine is also the founder of Polaris, Inc., a tech-savvy marketing firm with a 20-year track record of success within the construction industry. Prior to his work with Polaris, Stine was trained as a database programmer and also worked as a carpenter's assistant. These combined skills and talents have led directly to the eventual founding of BuilderLink.

John Niedzwiecki is a residential construction and building materials executive with a successful track record of selling software solutions and building material to Lumberyards. After working as a pro-contractor, he worked in sales and sales management for Trus Joist, iLevel, KeyMark and Northwest Hardwoods. As a result, he has been calling on and selling to lumberyards for most of his professional career.

Angelita Menchaca is a marketing professional who has been working on the BuilderLink project since its inception. Menchaca was originally hired by Polaris (Greg Stine's marketing firm) in 2001, and became the Communications Director position in 2007. In both positions she has leveraged her public relations and marketing skills to help her clients build brand awareness.
