We allow small builders to operate under disciplined operational procedures that stabilize their bottom line while enhancing their marketing processes. We allow realtors to participate in the sales, marketing and profits of home building utilizing our sales software. We enable home builders to focus specifically on what they do best: build homes. We bring these two participants together in a united front to achieve sales and production.

  • Chuck Loflin
    Founder and CEO

    Chuck is a seasoned entrepreneur with 35 years experience in residential sales and construction. He has overseen the construction of more than 2,200 new homes. He has operated a construction company, a real estate firm, a real estate development company, a mortgage company, and a design center, meaning he has experienced most areas of the industry. Prior to his career in construction, Chuck served in the Air Force and did two tours in Vietnam.

  • Marty Mooney
    Finance Manager

    Marty is a former investment banker and private equity professional. He spent two years in the investment banking division at Morgan Stanley and two years at CHS Capital, a Chicago private equity firm. He also has experience working with multiple start up companies in various industries. Marty is a former Notre Dame football player. He has a BBA in Finance from Notre Dame and an MBA from the Kellogg School of Management.
