Olivier Crameri (PhD, EPFL) developed the IP that lead to the creation of BugBuster as part of his PhD thesis under the direction of Willy Zwaenepoel. Earlier, he co-founded Net Oxygen, a Web development shop, where he acquired over ten years of experience in the Web.

Renault John Lecoultre (MS, EPFL) was a Mobile & Web specialist at Cisco before founding BugBuster. Earlier, Renault co-founded VNV, a Web and Software Development company.

Willy ZwaenepoelCo-founder & Chief Scientist
Willy Zwaenepoel (PhD, Stanford) is a professor and former dean at EPFL. He developed TreadMarks, that was licensed to Intel for use in their Cluster OpenMP product, and co-founded iMimic Networking, which was acquired by Ironport, a division of Cisco.
