Prior to Budge, Hillan was employed at National Australia Bank (NAB), where he managed the redesign of NAB’s 200 million hits p/mth website, pioneered the first Australian Financial Services iPad app, and led NAB’s social media effort, including marketing and operations. Hillan played a pivotal role in the strategy and execution of NAB’s Cannes-Lions Award winning ‘Break up’ campaign.

Marc has had extensive design and user functionality experience working primarily in product development. Previously at Breville, designing new revolutionary kitchen products for the Australian and US markets with several products having patents pending and now selling around the world.

Outside his role at Breville, Marc has freelanced in design and has worked in collaboration with leading Australian designers to create a range of user product

As well as CAO at Budge, Steven is active in the technology, admiralty, food and beverage, and hospitality sectors, and is a member/active director of numerous boards including the Board of Visitors of the CUNY School of Law, The Friends of Hudson River Park Trust, and the Social Venture Network (SVN).

Steven also serves as Vice Chairman of GrowNYC, formerly the Council on the Environment of New York City, appointed by Mayor Michael Bloomberg
