Student’s explore, prepare and enjoy fresh foods from a number of cultures. They will learn where food comes from, healthy eating, the social skills of working together to prepare a meal and then enjoying it together. Cooking demonstrates self-confidence, independence, and a sense of accomplishment in that being involved in meal preparation will help children read, do math and organize their work logically. Kids will learn real life skills.
