He has worked as a superintendent on multi-million dollar projects, owns a small business doing remodeling in the Louisville, KY area, and continues to invent new technologies for industries he has been involved with. Damon is a problem solver also working to improve existing tech and is available for consulting.

An extraordinary metal craftsman, his abilities are nationally sought by customers such as Norfolk and Southern Railways, Cincinnati Gas, and others for hand-forged tooling, foundry work, and blacksmithing, etc. He has been dedicated in his commitment to the success of Bucketjack Material Handling since collaborating with Beckley in 2003 on the first and every subsequent Bucketjack prototype.

    Paul has a 20+ year background in CNC machining, design, and plant operations. Consultant to Bucketjack concerning over 60% of mass production tech for Bucketjack's patented holders and carts from 2009 to present, he is the Head of Plant Operations at laCrosse Enterprises, Inc.

    Over 25 yrs of Site Management, OSHA, MIOSH, RFP's, RFI's, etc. Jay is a walking library of construction how-to. In 2008, Beckley disclosed info to him about the Bucketjack project while working on the ICBT at Fort Knox. Dinielli wanted in immediately.
