BTS has a patented manufacturing process for making materials for Thermo-Electric Generation (TEG) that work efficiently at high temperatures. BTS will use these Skutterudite based materials to make more efficient TEGs modules for converting waste heat into electrical energy. BTS will become the leading manufacturer of next generation TEG materials and TEG modules for waste heat recovery applications in electronic and automotive applications.

    He was awarded a PhD in Laser Physics by Trinity College Dublin in 1989.
    Core expertise is in the definition and start-up of new high technology companies, corporate development, Photonics, and nanodevices.
