Company Summary

SRL NANOTECNOLOGY is based on Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics. The highly qualified staff of the laboratory, involve PhD, have almost 30-years experience in the formation of anodic oxides on Al, Ta, Nb, Zr, etc., particular experience in nanoporous alumina formation and its application as templates for metaloxide nanostructures fabrication in the wide-ranging fields of electronics, micro- and optoelectronics.

Team

  • Scientist

About 6 years experience in the area of formation and characterization of anodic alumina and its applications as templates for metal, semiconductors and metal oxide nanostructure fabrication and as substrate for chemical and biological sensors. Practical experience in preparing and conducting anodizing processes at various parameters. Well familiar with electrodeposition, chemical deposition.

  • Gennady Gorokh
    The head of laboratory

Ph.D., extensive work experience in preparing and conducting electropolishing and anodizing processes in various conditions. Experiential and theoretical knowledge of nanotechnology and microelectronics, thin-film and solid-state technologies, electrochemical technologies, organic light-emitting diodes, nanophotonics, field-emission displays, lithium-metal rechargeable batteries, wet and dry electrolytic capacitors, metal oxide chemical sensors.

  • Junior Researcher

Post-graduate student at Belarusian State University of Informatics and Radioelectronics (BSUIR). Did graduate work in Nanotechnologies and Nanomaterials and receive M.S. degree in 2014. Main research interests focus on controllable template-based synthesis of metal and semiconductor nanowire arrays for applications in microwave electronic devices and thermoelectric generators.

  • Senior Researcher

Ph.D., has more than 40 publications. Theoretical and experiential knowledge of computer-aided design, microelectronics technologies, semiconductor, resistivity and dielectric materials, solid-state physics, digital and microprocessor circuitry. Practical skills in conducting processes of electrochemical anodizing of thin-film valve metals; particular experience of porous alumina formation also of bilayers systems Al/Ti, Al/Ta and Al/Nb.
