The company we are trying to start is a car wash, with both an automatic and self serve bay, which is needed in the area as there is not another car wash within 5 miles that offers both options. We are also in an area with a lot of boating so the self serve bay is a much needed option. We have found a great location, with the land for sale at a low price. The company would be owned by 3 family members, all of which will not be taking profit.
