Brownies & Blondie started as an experiment at the local farmer's market. We began selling cookies and brownies, and many customers have insisted that we open a shop. We've created a delectable dairy and nondairy ice cream base to create ice cream sandwiches in a city that has few ice cream shops and no shop selling ice cream sandwiches! We want to open a ice cream truck, a concept that is nonexistent in the town.
