Financing for the $521M project is: Developer $187M, Brooklyn USA Equity $134M, Brooklyn USA Debt $200M. Projected ROE for the $134M equity for Y1 thru Y5 are: 8%; 14%; 20%; 23%; 25%.

    Bob has operated and managed sports leagues and tournaments, trained players, coaches and umpires and was owner the Virginia Storm minor league football club. Bob has also operated and managed sports memorabilia trade shows. A retired teacher and Vietnam Vet, Bob graduated from George Mason University at Fairfax.
