Prior to Bright Power, Jeff worked with Greg Kats at Capital E, with whom he co-authored, The Costs and Financial Benefits of Green Buildings, which confirmed that building energy-efficient and environmentally responsible buildings makes economic sense. Jeff is also an adjunct professor at NYU and CUNY, and serves on the board of the New Alternatives Fund. He is a Certified Energy Manager (CEM), LEED AP, and a BPI Multifamily Building Analyst.

Steven streamlines and optimizes workflow, and focuses on service delivery, financial reviews, customer satisfaction and to ensure that the entire company's operations are working toward common goals. Steven previously worked as Director of Operations at Clean Edison, and Manager of the Network Operations Center at a large hedge fund. Steven has a M.B.A. from the NYU School of Business, and a B.A. in Economics, Harvard University.

As Chief Scientist, Conor applies his statistical and coding powers to develop rigorous energy studies for energy analysis. He designs and refines our methodology in everything from energy modeling to utility analysis to building population analysis. If that doesn't impress people, he reminds them he is a Doctor in Astrophysicist from Berkeley; and if that doesn't impress them, he pretends to be from Ireland.
