Mike, 33, is an entrepreneur with 14+ years of experience in the home renovation industry. In 2006, he founded 123 Exteriors, a contracting firm that started in a single location and today has over $10 million in annual sales, 5 main locations in the Midwest and over 200 workers in peak season. Mike created Bridge in late 2012 to commercialize Stagistics, the software platform he had built to manage his expanding business at 123 Exteriors.

Geoff, 45, founded GardCap Advisory Services in 2010 to provide financial and strategic advice to entrepreneurs and small businesses. Prior to that he spent 8 years at Baron Capital overseeing investments in the media and energy sectors. Early in his career, he worked for 6 years at Donaldson, Lufkin & Jenrette in the media equity research group. Geoff holds an AB in History and an MBA, both from Stanford University.
